I couldn't be happier with the entire process of getting my car repaired and the service & body work was outstanding. I tried getting my car repaired at another auto repair shop and after the initial pictures and gathering of information, no other attempt had been made in actually getting my repairs done. However at Rivertown, it was fast & easy from start to finish, and the text message updates were just an added touch on how efficiently Rivertown opporates. The overall process went relatively smooth; however, I was not updated on the progress of my parts being delivered to the collision center. It took almost three weeks for my parts to come in and was not notified when they finally did. I eventually called Rivertown to inquire about the status of the parts and was then informed they were in and that I could drop my car off. They further explained that the first time my part arrived, it was damaged and they had to send it back. While I understand that, it would have been nice to have been kept in the loop being that it took multiple weeks. Aside from this, my experience was satisfactory.

The pontiac looks great. I will be recommending Rivertown Collision to any of my friends that need collision work done. Excellent job.

The car was completed in a timely fashion and detailed. Any mishaps were explained by the staff and honestly this is the best customer service I have had in New Orleans. I appreciate the staff keeping me updated on my vehicle and making everything simple. My car looks brand new and the staff also touched up on some other simple damages on my vehicle. I will definitely refer people to this business because it is hard to find good customer service in this city. Hats off to a staff who did a great job!
