I am completely satisfied with the work that was done, but I would've appreciated more notice that my car would be ready today. I was told it could be 2-5 days. On the second day, I was notified at 2:45 that I needed to come pick it up by 5. I was forced to find childcare, fuel and return the rental car driving from Luling, and pick up the car before closing time. I wish I had been told when the bumper had been removed That it had been determined that it didn't need to be replaced.
This would've let me know that the repair would be completed today so I could make necessary arrangements to return the rental and get the car. The texting system should've been an easy way to give me the timeframe.
