second time the turn light was broken accidentally when they were doing the repair
while the guys were so nice and professional and did what they could to make the situation as easy as possible, it was still not a perfect experience.

You guys did a great job on the repairs and went above and beyond when working with the insurance company. Unfortunately, the car was given back to me very dirty inside and out. There were dirty shop towels behind the passenger seat. Not acceptable I'm afraid.

The repairing is very fast and good. The inspector is very careful and nice. They provide rental service, I just drive my car there, left it with them, and drive the rental car to work. It only take one day to fix my car, and I return the rental car to them and drive the cleaned and fixed car to home.
