The quality of the job was unacceptable. I refused to pick up unfinished repair. They did more work on the car but still it was poor quality. Between parts of the body there were too deep gaps showing exposing holes on the two side ends of the bumper areas. I will not go back or recommend Pan America.

Isela handled our claim. She was polite, professional, and kept me in the loop at all times. I found her knowledgable and flexible. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. I would definitely recommend your company to a friend.
The only issue yet to be resolved is that the insurance company wants me to pay for two days of the rental car. Pan American estimated that the car would be done on Friday and that is when I picked the car up, so I hope this will be resolved.
