The only thing I can think of to make the initial process smoother is info on how things are usually done when involving a car ins company. You guys told us to bring the truck in anytime Wed and the ins guy said Tues. Come to find out the reason he said Tues is because their estimator comes there first thing in the morning. It wasn't a really big deal but since we've never had to have a vehicle repaired through ins, we didn't know how it worked
