When they called me to tell me it was ready, there was still a scratch that needed to be fixed and they said it wasn't on the estimate so they didn't fix it. To me that is just sorry, why didn't they call the adjuster and say "we found another scratch, can we fix it?" Instead I was dropped off by enterprise only to find out they had to come BACK and pick me up when I found the scratch. It wasted an hour of my time that day. It was negligent on their part. Then I had to come back the next day and spend another hour getting dropped off and picking up my car.
