Because after telling me the car won't start and it needs to be taken to a mechanic and my boyfriend going out there on the advice of his trusted mechanic, and the manager explaining to him that "the guys had googled something and had already tried banging on something in the steering column" (boyfriend just stopped even trying to check things at that point) upon finish of repairs the same manager lied to my face and claimed no knowledge of the events of the taking things apart and banging on something and further claimed that my boyfriend was the only person to take anything apart. Also, there is wind noise that wasn't there before the repairs and there is what looks to be a rather large grain of sand on the passenger side fender where it was freshly painted. There are more reasons but this should suffice as why I'm less than satisfied.
