Kyle was really wonderful with the whole process. He explained everything down to the dotted line and kept me informed with the progress of my kia sportage. He was very bright and cheerful with a pleasant demeanour. If there is an employee of the month award Kyle and his team should deffinately get it. He went above and beyond the job of repairing my kia. I have already started to reccomend my friends and family to his office for service! On a side note the two ladies who were in the office on march 22nd 2018 at around 1pm or so were super sweet and very helpful! Be sure to buy them a pizza for lunch!

The two customer service representative at the front desk were courteous and very professional. I was made to feel like my car was in good hands. The text updates are great. I was totally amazed with how easy Zach made this experience. Mother in law lives in Carrollton, Ga and we live in Florida. We took truck by for estimate, meeting Zach for first time. Amazing, and professional young man. Very considerate and caring. We brought the truck back a few days later for repair. Zach again waited on us, which brought smiles to our faces. We dropped off truck, came back to Florida. We were notified almost daily to the status of the repair. My mother in law picked up the truck yesterday, it was as promised. She was very happy. My hats off to Zach and all the folks at ABRA, the best I've ever had to deal with. I can't tell you how caring and easy, they make this experience for me and my family. Thank You ABRA.
