The staff is wonderful! Friendly and caring! Kevin always returned my calls with in a decent time frame. The office personnel was caring when they learned about my failed experience with Hertz which whom the staff was rude and had no customer service skills. Car was not ready the day promised and no one called me to let me know. Surcharge for using my debit card was not mentioned prior to picking up the car. I would have brought cash if I had known. The work was excellent and the staff person took time to talk to me about the recalls they found on the car. So while I think the workmanship was very good and I am pleased with the repairs, more could be done to assist with time frames and paying options.
