from start to finish everything was very professional.Ron Childers worked with USAA to clarify the claim and updated us every day on progress.Besides being efficient ,he was also very pleasant.He offered to handle car rental but ABRA had started that already.PU day was very cold ,but Blake stood there and went over everything with us. The office staff were very professional as well. Had spme misgivings about not using Toyota Body Shop but Ron explained everything before they did it,so had no problem at all.Would recommend ABRA to anyone.
