I am very pleased with the work that was done and it was done in a timely manner. However, the work wasn't completed because the windshield wiper reservoir wasn't fixed. I advised the estimator that the reservoir was broken when I took the truck in.

There was serious failure in internal communications. There were a few items that were communicated to me early on that were clearly not carried thru with. The car is currently back at the shop and the manager is overseeing the repairs to make sure all other issues are addressed.
