They tried to return the vehicle several times without conducting a thorough quality assurance check. Debris in paint on new hood, dirty hand prints on the driver's seat and missing heat/sound deaden pens from under the hood to list a few. Plus a scratched "new" windshield.

No mint and no supermodel! A few lines were out and there were a few scratches from what I guess was micro fiber! However, the best features Stephen Hampshire has been awesome - helpful, professional! I'd assess that all intentions are in the right place!

My sun roof was broken during the repair. I has to leave if longer. I picked up the car today and sun roof is not properly repaired and the driver's side seat belt is broken - it is pulled all the way out and doesn't function. This has been a poor experience and extremely frustrating. I need both of those fixed.
