While the repair work us great, the business practices leave much to be desired. I get useless texts telling me my car is happy, but no real useful info. I was texted in a Friday that my car would be done early the next week, but I recieved no further updates. I had to call Tuesday and Wednesday to get status updates. Also, the policy of not ordering parts after the initial assessment but waiting until the car is brought in a d disassembled really wastes the customer's time. At least order the parts you know will be needed. If additional parts are required, order them later. However, if no additional parts are required then you save the customer days on the repair.

The texting system messages I received were out of order, which led to a lot of confusion. I would have preferred to get phone calls and messages left on my voice mail, or emails with updates.
