The driver's side headlight was installed incorrectly, and clearly not tested for functionality; the low beam was not functioning at all, and the high beam was active when low beams were engaged. Very poor quality control on re-assembly.

Megan is an asset to your company, without her I would not have brought my vehicle back for the second time.
My vehicle was fixed at glidden back in Jan from an accident due to a deer. My experience was not a good one! I had to make all the communication to glidden and was not kept informed on any of the progress starting from the paperwork, due to some problems with gliddens internal staffing me and my car fell through the cracks.
This last visit for the repair went rather smoothly except for the fact that when I got my vehicle home I noticed that the side mirror was not snapped on completely and I was able to fix that. I turned on the radio the next day and my left speaker for my radio had gotten disconnected, muddy footprints on the carpet in the back floor mat and a 50lb bag of oil spill stuff was left in the back of my vehicle.
So I called glidden and I was told to drop by at my convienance so they can have the techs look at it. I live 120 miles away round trip, I brought it in and the problems were resolved!
However, I just think some kind of compensation would have been nice for my inconvienance!
Disappointed customer, doubt if I will use your company again.

I was pleasantly surprised on the customer service. I don't think I could find better anywhere else. Chantal was friendly and supportive and very helpful. The mechanics worked hard on my Subaru and did a wonderful job. Hopefully I won't need you again (at least not for an accident repair) but if I do I certainly would go back to Glidden!
