I had to wipe the interior of the car completely covered in dust. Thought it was supposed to be vacuumed. Also, took four days longer than projected. Not including the weekend. I had to call every few hours as I did not receive promised updates.

Most everything was great. Good communication through most of the process and the rep genuinely wanted me to be comfortable with the money I was spending.
However, my bill went from 3200 to 7400. Fine, I totally understand. But, I requested that my windshield be replaced. After recieving my car back the window was not replaced. And, the ABRA rep for the 3rd time asks me if the glass rep has called me? I have yet to recieve one call from anybody asking about the cars windshield. Everything else was great but, when you spend 7 thousand dollars and sombody can't make sure the one thing you requested be fixed, is a huge slap in my face. Thanks

The body shop tried giving the car back when it was clearly not ready, costing us another week of time. We were also promised a phone call when it was initially brought in; however, we had to continually call for updates.

Saw a mark on the car that was not there when car was checked in. I showed it to the rep when I picked up my car and we looked at the pictures of before repair. He and I both did not see the mark in the pictures. He said he would have the gm call me. The GM called but said the mark was there in the pictures. He would try to buff it out for me. Just wondering how the rep and I both did not see the mark but GM did. I did not call GM back because of the time and effort it would take for them to try to buff it out. Otherwise good service but took along time to fix the car.
