Tami Hancock was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She was very helpful and attentive with my questions and concerns. She was very good about following up with me and letting me know where my car was in the process. She was very friendly, always had a smile on her face which was very nice. The only concern and frustration I have is that my bumper and hood do not match up, and for someone that is not in the business to be able to see it, it has to be very obvious and feels that the person in charge of that part, may not take pride in their work allowing it come back to the owner and not sharing if there were issues or concerns up front.

From the first day I arrived, the staff was very pushy and not that helpful. Too many emails were sent with useless information about the status of my car. I was told on 9/19/14 that my car would be finished by 9/23/14 - on 9/23 I was told the next day, on 9/24 I was told the next day....and so on until 9/27. The work itself was very good and I appreciate the quality of work that was put into the car. What I wasn't impressed with was the communication and pushiness of the individual location that I took my car to.
