I love the updates by email! Very nice to be kept informed. I also loved the messages from Brandi! I asked that my car be ready by a specific date so I could take it out of town on my trip and they delivered to my needs! The work they did was AWESOME! I wouldn't take my car anywhere else in the future!

So whoever I spoke to yesterday just was not very helpful in making it work he kind of made it sound like this situation was my fault which it wasn't . But the guy that put the glass and was very kind and very helpful today and on time. like yesterday too I was waiting here they were to be here by 1030 and nobody showed up yesterday or called me and it was me having to call them at 11:30 AM . But I guess it all worked out today it just wasn't the best experience yesterday

The repair was quicker than estimated. They have lifetime warranty on the repairs as long as I own the vehicle, so I am assuming they have done a great job with the repairs. The communication was excellent. I would get calls and emails everyday about what was going on with my car and how the repairs were going on. It was a great experience.
