Your Shop did not fix our car they sent it back to us with the trunk out of alinement then try to say the car had prior damages just to save geico money in steady fixing our car right the first time and replacing the hinge and fixing the trunk before you call me and say the car is complete

The overall customer service that I was provided from the time that I entered the facility from the two front desk young ladies and also the enterprise assistant for my rental car was just absolutely amazing. Each one of them went above and beyond to assure that everything was taken care of and that I was followed up from a day-to-day basis on how my vehicle completion was going.
I would just like to give you some feedback around the Windshield department there is where you can definitely improve on overall customer service to your clients.

I was seriously concerned about using a company that was not a Nissan company. From the first contact, every employee made me comfortable with a decision to allow your company repair my vehicle. Every day that my vehicle was there, someone contacted me to advise what was being done. When the vehicle was finished , I was contacted and told when I could pick up my vehicle.
When I picked up my vehicle , a service person went over the work with me and made sure I was satisfied.
