The ladies at the front desk have TERRIBLE customer service. I would think for a business such as this a person would be greeted once they come through the doors. Not the case for this store. Not once was I greeted or asked “how can I help you.” One time I even called to ask a question about my car and never got a complete answer but was told time and time again “I don’t know.” I ended up getting so frustrated that I hung up on the lady before I could say something I regretted. Unfortunately I had to bring my business to Abra because of Geico.
