This is my second time using this location after being in an accident at the fault of someone else. This entire place and everyone I've dealt with made both icky situations a lot easier to deal with. Not saying I want another person to rearend me, but thank you for making my repairs stress free and pleasant! :)

Better experience than what I herd I would get... my only 2 areas that need improvement is communication to the customer. I spoke with one of the reps on last Friday and they said should be done today or Monday and we will call you. I did not get my car back until Wednesday (called about compleation at 415ish Tuesday late afternoon). I am happy the took the little extra time to complete the work correctly but an update on Monday when they knew the job would not complete Monday and a ETA would
Have been appreciated. The other let down is I requested a quote for other work needed on my car and I never received anything on it. Oh well their loss of business.

I was very happy that Ron called me at least once or twice a week to update me on the progress of my car. All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful I was very pleased with my experience. The appearance of my car when I picked it up was also very exceptional and I Appreciated that as well. Ron also kept me apprised of the additional parts that had to be ordered and that was very comforting as I wasn't sure how much damage there was besides the bumpers. All in all it was great.
