ABRA gave me misinformation about availability of replacement Blizzaks for the ones that had been on the car. After several conversations with ABRA and researching on my own it was clear to me that I had to be proactive about receiving the correct replacement tires. I also was not automatically given the "good" left front tire which had been replaced with an LM32.
On the plus side, an ABRA always returned my calls in a timely manner and informed daily of the progress being made on my car.

They drove me home after I dropped off my car for service. Then they brought my car to me after my service! Upon arriving home, within 15 min, I noticed the bumper was damaged and I called to make a Monday appt. for the repair.
Within the same hour I called about the electric problems. I am concerned about the job being rushed, diagnostics not being run to verify proper operation, and I was rushed to come pick it up so it could be taken off the books for the month's end. Not cool!!!
