**** the car .is totaled yet daily we continue to receive the auto email. Content of these messages state that the best possible service is being provided and that everything is progressing . There is no update. There is no progress. There is no quality or real information contained in these repeated emails.
2. The car was taken to Parker Colorado as arranged by the insurance company. against my better judgement and where multiple protest and a conversation with several managers the car was moved to another shop in the denver metro area. I was told that this is because the work would be completed work more quickly. In fact it took several days for the car to even be evaluated. It was not faster.
3. Jonathan abra highlands ranch location could not tell me when he had even started on the car. Once you told me it had been started on a Wednesday evening and then in the same conversation he told me it had not been but that until Thursday morning.he had no idea when the car had even been started. we certainly did not save time I'm moving to vehicle.
4. with jonathan did look at the car he could not give me very accurate appraisal as to the condition. I have about the condition of the frame since it had taken a severe blow in taking them several railroad ties used for cattle fence before coming to a stop and our barbed wire tangle. At that point he told me that the frame appeared to be okay although there with considerable damage to the undercarriage. I pointed out to him that frame damage cannot be by you waited visually. Since this car is a unibody with a subframe his visual appraisal was even less accurate, and his lack of professional knowledge of this was very disturbing.
5 friday afternoon we got a call about the Car as the shop close getting not a preliminary after that on the vehicle. At that rate we are realize that it would likely be total. Jonathan indicated that they had been boxing up our personal possession as part of cleaning the car and that we could get the car cleaned out should it be a total loss as anticipated. In reality we discovered steer wheel cover, seat covers and floor mats throw in the back of the vehicle with damaged parts tossed in on top. This made clearing personal effects out of the vehicle difficult.
6. When the time came to get our family possessions from the car it was another hour away from the shop where we'd left it. The manager said that it would be back at the Parker location first thing Tuesday morning. When I arrived at the shop after **** pm the car was nowhere to be found. Several phone calls later it was determined that the request to move the car had only put in 10 minutes previous to our arrival.
7. In transporting the car so much the front license plate was lost.
overall, working with Abra has been an experience that rivals trivia pursuit. The employees do not know what is going on and are unprofessional. Furthermore, they fail to listen to customers. The email today indicating that the repairs on the car were progressing nicely and the vehicle was safe with them is laughable!

John was exceptional at telling me the steps of the car repair, what needed to be fixed, the time frame for repairs and answered any questions I had. He sent me frequent texts about what stage of repair my car was at as well as calling and letting me know and answering any additional questions I had. It was a hassle free experience that was done in a very timely manner with professioanlism, courtesy, and promptness.
