Just have to say that Todd was great! Getting daily updates through text and phone calls really showed me that it was important for your team to do a good job for me. I will absolutely refer everyone to Abra Auto Body.

I stopped by to pick up my Nissan Frontier on Friday, January 16, 2015 at ****:30 pm. I called ahead of time to make sure everything was ready and was assured that it was. During the walk through inspection I discovered that the radio antenna was missing. At that time Todd took the truck back into the shop to look for the antenna. After approximately 15 minutes Todd told me they couldn't find it and they needed to go to Larry **** Nissan to have it replaced. At approximately 2:45 I was handed my keys after the antenna replacement with little more than an apology. I am a little disappointed that I was not offered anything as compensation for the inconvenience. For something that should have taken a maximum of 15 minutes I had to wait with my two children for nearly ****:15. The oversight during the final inspection is really troubling considering we have had both of our cars in for service at a total of over 14,000. I may think twice if we have any future needs.

After taking my car to Abra once and having a HORRIBLE experience, I decided to give Abra another shot at a different location and I'm glad I did. My car was taken care of at a very fast pace and done right the first time like anyone would expect. I would definitely recommend this location, and even though I have moved further away, this location will be getting my car any time I have problems with it.
