Great communication and friendly staff, however when we went to pick up the vehicle we saw that the paint on the new bumper did not match the paint on the front bumper or the rest of the vehicle. There was also a line of paint on the black part of the bumper where it wasn’t taped far enough over. The original paint color was a candy apple red and the repaired bumper had a rust tone to it. We did not pick up the vehicle.

Staff was extremely friendly, repair job looks great, huge surprise to have interior and exterior of car completely cleaned upon pick-up. We have no complaints and would recommend ABRA to everyone we know. Only one suggestion: the text message updates were great way to stay updated, but a little more information would be helpful. Perhaps daily texts that work is "in progress" as we had a few days with no updates. Also, better clarity on finishing the job would have helped. We recieved a text that the car was almost complete, but didn't receive the "job completed" text until over a day later. We Kept changing our schedule to pick up the car. Eventually we just called the office to get more detail.

We were charged $500 deductible and I did not have time to call USAA to sort it out so we just paid it. Abra should have made the call. Also, there are two black spots on the bumper cover.
