The whole process couldn’t have been easier. Drew kept me in the loop every step of the way. He Texted me & called me to let me know exactly what was being done with my car. I hope i don’t get into another accident, but if I do I will be coming back to Abra :)

The lack of communication at the beginning of the experience when a supplement was submitted to insurance was extremely frustrating. Had I known it would take so long to get a seemingly minor repair completed, I could have requested a rental car through my insurance. There was also very poor communication between the person who checked my car in and Drew as to what actually needed to be fixed, and which part it was, which seemed to add many days/weeks wait to the entire experience.
