It was easy to feel the commitment of the dedicated staff, but more difficult to experience a delayed arrival of the needed replacement materials.
Much of this delay was a result to the stages of JEEP production, but I would have greatly appreciated clearer communication of these troubles prior to experiencing this 3 month service delay!
