I am satisfied with the service I received. My truck was not ready at the initial completion date, but that was because they had to order more parts and the 4th of July Holiday set them behind so I understood. There is a slight gap varience from one side to the other where the repairs were made, but I do understand its hard to make it perfect after a collision.

Passenger side rear quarter panel and wheel was damaged and it took over two weeks to get the car back. Upon car return, the passenger seat belt would not work. The overhead area cloth was crumpled up and not put back under the trim. The wheel is very badly gouged all around when the accident happened and was not repaired or touched at all, I'm surprised that the tire stays on the rim. The hazard warning ? stays on all the time now.

Chris, Jim and every one who answered the phone, customer service was beyond my expectation! There are very few companies that can say they have this level of customer service. My Honda Odyssey was injured by a deer but also needed regular maintenance. Chris and Jim scheduled to take it over to Breakaway Honda Service and have it returned. They also had someone come over and quote us for a small dent not related to the accident. I am just blown away by this service and have shared this experience on social media as well. Fantastic customer service, oh and to note I have not even seen my van yet.
