I have no complaints except for when I dropped our vehicle off, there was no one in the office to help us. We had to wait outside for someone to assist us, and this person was with another customer. We weren't sure if they were even aware we were there.
Updates via email and phone were great, but maybe not quite so many??

An original part (not broken) was re-used. I found this part broken during my final inspection. Abra employee said he would order another part for me. I'm fine with this but disappointed that the part was place on my vehicle. I have to assume that Abra would expect me not to find the defective part in time which has reduced my confidence in Abra's mechanical team.
