I need to bring truck back on Monday afternoon to tighten up bolts on inside fender; they are loose. Also the shroud at the bottom of the windshield did not get all the tabs to make it tight. One complete assembly is missing and 2 others are missing the tabs. See you around 3:30 Monday.

I felt the team went above what I would expect. They buffed out an unrelated scratch, vacuumed my monster sized vehicle (which was filled with woods of kid crumbs) and communicated very well with me about what to expect. I am happy GEICO selected Abra, I would recommend them without reservation.

Our truck was already in for repair, the windshield replacement was later requested. We had window CLINGS on the windshield including oil change mileage. Wife called to see if you had the clings & was told were discarded with the windshield. In the future....please call the customer before replacing a windshield to remind them of any items on it.....ask customer 'do you want them?'. Just a courtesy. Wife is disabled & drove several places to get the Bronco clings...sad you didn't ask!! Windshield-is crackling noise in the windshield ok? Hear it when driving.
