The Longmont ABRA facility has come a long way in the past 10 years. When I brought in my Pathfinder for repair, the experience was terrible - missing and incorrectly installed parts, multiple schedule delays, poor communication, and 2 return trips needed to get things right.
Forward to 2015...just had severe hail damage repaired on a new Subaru, and some PDR on an Acura. Much different experience- Abra team was on top of everything; great communication, jobs done right the first time, and overall outstanding customer service by people who really seem to care. I would recommend this shop to anyone.,

My car looks great! The women who staff the front desk are very helpful and knowledgeable as well as the guys who assess the damage. They went the extra mile to buff up marks on the car that were unrelated to the damage. I can't think of how it could be improved.
