I was kept informed of the progress to my repairs on a daily basis, through daily emails and phone calls (Nicole), so I never needed to call and inquire on my own.
The work completed by the team was inpressive and left me a feeling of complete satisfaction.
Special attention to Nicole, who I feel went above and beyond (meaning she could of pointed fingers and referred like the other companies felt like they were doing) by not accepting the answers provided to her by a 3rd party appraisal company, and pushing through to get an answered she accepted and was key in getting the project completed, on time. Although this was my first experience with ABRA, I'd feel completely confident that my issues would be resolved with any future processes. Thank you Nicole!! You Rock!!
