My rear view mirror is not functional. I only picked it up an hour ago. Also the staff was unable to work with USAA to submit the correct documents for payments.

Outstanding customer service orientation!!! When I received the estimated time of completion for my repair, I informed Charlie that I would be out of town on business that week.He took care of everything so that I could receive an extension from Allstate on my rental car even though my repair had been completed a couple of dsys previous. Charlie even removed buildup from my headlamp lenses !!

I'm very happy with the general manager and his direct approach in dealing with issues. Lady Charlie was kind, consice and professional. Randy was terrific about being informative throughout the entire process. What was challenging was finding a few items of concern on my vehicle and an unidentified female employee offering her opinion to the general manager in a defensive manner about my vehicle like I either wasn't standing there or it didn't matter to her that I was. All vehicles have certain utilitarian purpose. I do not own an SUV, jeep or compact fuel economy vehicle. It's a Dodge Challenger. Its major purposes are to go fast and look pretty. This car was less than a year old before it sustained major hail damage. It was not by my fault nor lack of proper care. I have been waiting 10 months to get this vehicle repaired, it's been in the care of your facility for 4 weeks. It now has to be there longer due to issues, again, that the GM took care of immediately. It's simply frustrating for a $9000. job to be incomplete. It took me almost 45 minutes in traffic to get to the location to pick up my vehicle, my husband had to take work off early, find a sitter for my daughter,another one hour fifteen minutes to get home in rush hour, without my car. I understand things happen and I'm very grateful for the way it was handled. I hope to pick up my vehicle without incident, or unsolicited opinion from an irrelevant employee, and in good condition. Fingers crossed.

I am eternally grateful for everyone who serviced my vehicle and getting it fixed in such a timely manner. I had a deadline of when I needed it to be fixed because I was moving to Boston and you all worked so hard in together and made that happen. I would love to give a huge shout out to Randy for really pushing in making sure things were done and getting my car to me when I needed it at most. I would not have been able to follow my dreams and go back to school again and make my move to Boston if it wasn’t for all of you. My experience was the best I have ever had with any auto body shop.
