One of the female staff that called with updates was very unfriendly. Every time I heard from her it seemed as it she was being put out by calling me, and that she was annoyed. Also, when I called to return a call and figure out a time to pick up my car, I spoke with a different female staff member who put me on hold, then after at least 5 minutes, someone picked back up and then proceeded to hang up on me. I expected that since I had given my name and the reason for my call that after being hung up on that I would at least get a call back, but I never did.

Needed to be better communication between insured insurance company and ABRA. I also gave plenty of notice as to when I was leaving on vacation, only to have to relinquish the rental car and my car not be ready. As it turned out, the night before I was to leave, the car is ready so "can you be here by 5 to get it?" I have a million last minute things to do to leave in the morning and I didn't need to deal with this. Very frustrating. I'm on vacation until July 10. Don't call me before then.
