The repair work turned out great and the communication with Joe was awesome. I was not satisfied with the fact that I was confirmed to schedule my repairs, I went to drop off my car, and I was told that I wasn't listed in the system or scheduled for repairs at all. They were able to get my car in, but once I received my car, my registration tags were missing, and I was told they were stolen. Although I was not 100% satisfied with my experience at Abra, the repair work and communication with Joe was done very well, and I have no complaints with that.

Repairs were timely and the affected area looks good. Only two concerns seem to be that my interior door handle slides out of position now. May just need a clip. And the front driver corner bumper seems to have gotten scuffed - but given age and condition of front bumper, it’s not a large deviation.
