Everyone in the shop was courtious and professional. I couldn't believe it when they told me it would be done in 30 minutes, but it was done in 25! Outstanding!

I previously had repairs completed at Abra. There was no question where I would take my vehicle this time, when it was rear ended. There was the first inspection for repair. That was fine. When they took it apart there was addition work needed. That was fine also.
As soon as the car was left at Abra,
Brook Geiss-Meichtry, customer service manager, kept me up to date on every day happenings, by E-Mail. The only time I called was the day it was to be ready. It was complete as scheduled. The work the service department accomplished was just perfect. When the car was finished it was clean from inside to the outside. Ready to go. I would recommend Alba Auto Body & Glass 100% The office employees were so very helpful, and I had a remarkable experience. Thank you for everything.
