Everybody was very professional and helpful with my experience. I greatly appreciated the email and text that I received, keep me in the loop the entire time! I was wondering how my truck would look at the end, when i got home my said it look brand new!! Your auto body/ paint departments did a very nice job, please let them know their hard work is greatly appreciated!!

Car had some imperfections in repair work which were pointed out. I had to come back a second time and found **** of the same imperfections two extra trips to Abra before I could take my car home.

Brooke, I really appreciated your regular repair progress updates this month. Now, the whole driver's side of the car that was really smashed up in the accident, looks better than the 'old' other side! And, glad to know that the frame/wheels seem to run 'true'. My windshield was not repaired as promised. I discussed the windshield the day I scheduked the appointment, called the glass shop and State Farm, got the claim approved and mentioned it again the day I dropped my car off. My windshield is the only complaint. All other service was excellent.

Good Day, My entire experience with Abra was fantastic, up until I got in and started driving home. What ever cleaners were used to clean the inside of my vehicle smell horrible, and leave me with a strong headache every time I get in and drive. My wife who has some severe allergies, can't even get in the vehicle at all. It's my work vehicle, and since I'm in sales I have to drive it and deal with the headaches and reactions. There are certain cleaners and chemicals that I have a reaction to, and had I known that the inside was going to get detailed I would have said something. I have tried cleaning it to see if I can get rid of it, but to no avail. I'm not sure how long it's going to take for this to wear off, but hope that it's not too long. So I do take responsibility for not warning the team about my sensitivities, but again, had I know that such measures where going to be taken on the interior I would have said something. The car was almost spotless when I dropped it off, so I am curious why the interior needed to be cleaned in this manor. If it was just some shop dust, a wet rag would have sufficed. I can truly appreciate the cleanliness that I got my car back with, so please don't feel that I am not happy with the work. I'm just questioning why the use of such a strong cleaner was warranted. The car does look great, the body work is wonderful, and everyone I dealt with was fantastic. The team is great, and the communication was beyond what I could have expected. Please believe that I am extremely satisfied with the work, but just needed to report back to you my experience after leaving. I would definitely recommend your shop to anyone I know, and would return anytime I needed body work done. Thank you for your time! Justin P
