The repairs seem to have been done very well. Brook and the others I dealt with at Abra were very professional and very nice.
My car was ready early Monday morning, it would have been nice to get the car back late Friday and save two days of car rental.

The ABRA staff is professional & courteous. Amy Bohn and others are direct, give good explanations & make the event as nice as possible. I realize that this was not a horrific fender bumper, in our case, but have observed how this staff works with other clients.
