One small nit. The plastic top surface that was replaced on the bumper has 2 parts and you only replaced one side, so now half of the bumber top is shiny and the other side is aged and dull. I was not aware that would be the case, I thought the entire top surface would be replaced.

I've had the pleasure of being with ABRA before. With the extensive damage to my car (each time)They are mircle workers..the absolute BEST! No one would ever know the car had been in a terrible accident. I would say they go 'beyond the call of duty'..besides the repair, they were on schedule or before, detailed the car inside and out, sometimes fixing a little extra 'ding' that was not on the list! I'm so pleased Hartford insurance recommended ABRA to me!
