Email updates were very good, repair of hail damage appears excellent, and time in shop was very reasonable. Effortless repair since ABRA communicated with USAA for additional expenses. Not only did they complete the repair but my vehicle was returned practically cleaner, inside and out, than when I purchased it new. Well done ABRA!

It appears your shop is not interested in customer pay business. The initial experience was frustrating. I felt like I had to place a claim to get any attention.
