The ONLY issue I had is with the person who made my appointment (and I am assuming he is also the person who was working the desk when I dropped off the car). When I made the appointment, I explained to him I would have to drop the car off the night before because I had to travel for work the next day. He did not want to accommodate this, was VERY sarcastic, and told me to use the drop box. When I actually dropped off the car, I went in to make sure I had it parked in an appropriate space. Again, I’m assuming this was the same man, but he was upset with me for bringing the car in the day before, because he had to find someone to check the car in. That is why I had explained my situation when the appointment was made, and was assured only the drop box was needed. He was not helpful, not friendly and not kind
