I'm typically kinda stingy with my ratings regarding commercial service outfits, but our experience with Abra Auto Body definitely rates a "10 plus". The repair work on my wife's Odyssey was excellent and reflect craftsmen who clearly care about doing super quality work. We are also much impressed by how professional the entire experience was--Amy keep us precisely informed on the estimate, progress of the claim with our insurance carrier and projected completion time. The office staff was very helpful and paperwork well organized and understandable. Hoping we never have another auto damage claim, but if so will definitely go back to this Abra shop!
