The repair turned out beautifully. I was very happy with the work itself - we have had several repairs done at Abra and have always had a great experience. I was not satisfied, however, with the customer service. When a part broke during the repair process, I was charged for that part. There was a breakdown in communication between the staff and me. I didn't agree with having to pay for something that I wasn't in control of. When I picked up my truck, I felt belittled and degraded by the man that assisted me. He was arrogant, condescending, and rude. I was shaking when I left the building and I do not have any plans to ever return to Abra again.

I appreciated all the help in evaluating my rust problem and the repair. They were very honest and explained the problem and the process to repair it. They were very resonable with the cost. They kept me up on what was going on with emails and got the job done in adequate time. LLindathe receptionist was helpful and very pleasant.My whole experience there was excellent.
