I want to talk to a manager truly trying experience with no one paying attn to me but sending meaningless texts and giving me meaningless responses that wasted two hrs of my time not just once but twice back to back Friday then Monday then-no one willing to take responsibility just pass the buck. " well we sent it to another abra from Plymouth to forest lake (without asking me if it was ok) and then proceeding to blame forest lake for the awful customer service when I brought it to Plymouth originally. Honestly get it together. compensate me for the 4 hrs of my time that you wasted that I took out of my day leaving the office early without reason to wait. Two good experiences with you but this one truly disrespectful with your fake caring texts making it all the worste. The funny thing is I bet the car looks great and I have no problem waiting 8 days it was just in the process you wasted so much of my time by twice lying to me and the not taking responsibility whe. I showed up the for the third time looking for my cat that hadnt even left forest lake although I was told it left the second time At 330 but no when I showed up at 550 again they wanted to hand the phone from the forest lake guy over to me. Let's see if your manager gets this before I arrive tomorrow or is this just more fake texting to waste my time?9
