Sales rep was condescending in tonal quality and talked to me in a discounting manner. When asked how long it would take, I was told 3 days at one point and then called earlier but had made plans to be out of the area so could not pick up the vehicle. I would also have appreciated a copy of all of the paper work before I left the building to review at home.
I am pleased with the final outcome.

The team at Abra did a great job. The only thing is that our rental was not ready when we arrived and were ready to leave once Abra did their job, we waited roughly 20 minutes until our rental showed up. Can’t blame Abra, but hoping they can relay the message to Enterprise.
