I was kept very informed on the progress of my car.
It took longer than what I thought but that was totally fine as I wanted my car done right. Kub Vang was super, he explained everything and answered all my questions. Great person and employee you have.

This is not professional body shop I ever had. Took 2 weeks to replaced back pumper and back door and when I took back I found doors cannot be locked. After this fix, then destroyed my vehicle doors auto lock. This cause my vehicle severe safety issue. Finally this body shop ask me contact Toyota dealers to solve this issue by myself and ask me responsible for payment. That is crazy. So far this issue is still not been solve yet. I will ask this body shop responsible for this fix and all payments.
