Unfortunately I did not have a great experience overall with my vehicle repair but feel like this was almost wholly due to Geico’s policies. I appreciate the efforts of Andy, and especially Brian to try and get things done as best as possible. They only are allowing me to walk away from this experience feeling as though someone cared about my interests.

While the body work is good. My driver seat was NOT rocking when I dropped it off. When I exited the vehicle at Abara it was fine. But then I was shown it rocking during inspection. This tells me someone broke it after I dropped it off. I am disappointed that this wasn't at least looked at.
