Scratches that weren’t there and how they put my car back together the parts did not fit correctly. I will be contacting them today. Also they took no time cleaning the inside and there was coffee spilt every where from the accident. The paint color does not even match.

Repair was great! People I interacted with were very professional and friendly. Just a small issue of a couple bucks in change that were stolen from my change dish in the center console. I already met with staff at the Abra location in Ham Lake. There's nothing that can really be done to satisfy me as we cannot go back in time and undo the action. It has nothing to do with the value of less than $3 in change. It has to do with it being taken and the lack of respect for the customer that shows. It is unfortunate that what is probably one person's actions reflect poorly on the entire branch. But, it is what it is. I do not think I would recommend this location to anyone I know.
