The one thing I really appreciated was that I not only got emails from ABRA regarding the status but I also got calls. It was helpful to be really informed so I could plan around the repair accordingly.
Additionally, I was really happy with the condition it was when I picked it up. It was washed and inside was vaccumed and wiped down. I got it back in great condition which totally made my day!
