Josh and everyone at the site I worked with were great. I felt my car was handled as a "great" car even though it has some visible paint nicks and age. I really love my car and felt that the people taking care of me treated my car (and me) with respect. When I had a work schedule I needed to work around for drop off and pick up everyone was able to accommodate these needs. I was offered additional service, like the headlight polishing and to fix a cracked headlight, without it feeling pushy. I received texts and calls updating me on the progress and estimated time to completion. Really the whole experience went smoothly and I would recommend this shop for repairs.

I was initially told my car would be completed on 8/12/14, and then it was 8/14/14. I was called on 8/14/14 and told everything was completed, so I left work early to get my car. On my way to pick up my car I was called and told there was an issue with the head light that was installed, which was 4 or 5 hours after I was initially told it was completed. I left my car to be completed and picked it up on 8/15/14 but now my windshield wipers don't work. I now have to bring my car in early 8/16/14 to have my windshield wipers fixed. Each extra day I left my car to be worked on was costing me more money for the rental car I was using. I'm not pleased with the service I received.
