The job took a day longer than expected because the first bumper that abra received was damaged and had to be sent back. While this was not abras fault it did mean I was without a car fora day longer than expected

He was respectful, patient, thorough and went out of his way to keep me informed throughout a fairly complicated claim that I was forced to pursue. Very impressed with how quick the turn around was for my job. Really helpful to have the rental car arranged during a stressful time as well.
